Wi-Fi & DSL

  1. I'm currently hooked up to both DSL & wi fi but would like to know how to disable the wi fi on my pc & remain on DSL.. I hope its easy.
    I might add, this pc has built in wifi. I don't want it disabled permanetely because I may need the wifi if I work on another pc.

    Click the wifi icon on taskbar (bottom-right), disconnect from wifi.

    Ok, I've been trying to get it (my W7) back on wi fi but no joy. :( Help please.

    What's the issue? Should be able to click on the grey wifi icon, click on the network name, click Connect.

    Not really a problem, but this Vista laptop has built in Bluetooth & I didn't/don't know if its possible to go on the internet with this laptop using Bluetooth.
    Currently I'm on the wi fi here. Just curious is all. :)

    You can use bluetooth to tether to a mobile phone.
