wich vga is better???

    Sapphire Radeon X1650 PRO
    or
    Club 3D Radeon X1650 PRO
    or
    MSI Radeon X1650 PRO

    The Sapphire is the better company out of that selection. Never buy MSI, terrible company, three failures in 6 months. Club 3D I've never heard of, therefore I would recommend Sapphire Technology.

    The Sapphire one should be the best card, unless the other models are slightly overclocked. You should check that out ;)

    I see that Club 3d card has faster GPU and RAM Clock. is performance of Club 3d card can really be better???

    Yes but factory overclocked cards are often bad buys.

    Meh, overclock it yourself. Factory overclocks aren't better chips really, they're exactly the same. Just a different BIOS, something which you can change yourself if you really want to.
