The issue seems to be resolved.

Something wrong with my computer now. I'll start something new. Also haven't been able to log into PayPal.

Will do that later.

with my brother in laws computer, we got it clean, but I wanted to allow it to update. worked hard on it for a couple of weeks, then ordered a disk from HP to return it to new. Did that, and it essentially wiped it,

I wasted 4 weeks on that damn thing.
