Will there a bottleneck

So its my birthday on the 10th of the month and im considering upgrading my aging Nvidia GTX770 4Gb to the new GTX1070 variant. Im still running an Intel Core I5 2500K CPU so my question is will there be any significant bottleneck while gaming considering the CPU is getting on a bit?
