Will this simple setup host HL2DM and CS:S servers?

Memory: 1024MB
Primary Storage: 80GB SATA Hard Drive
Operating System: Windows Web Edition
Monthly Bandwidth: 1000GB
Uplink Port Speed: 100Mbps

I'm planning on running 20 slot HL2DM server and

20 slot CS:S. After reading many articles, I've come to a

conclusion that with this setup, it would be fine to run

two servers without significant lag. I need opinions from

everyone who has had any experience with running multiple

servers. Thank you for the help in advance.

There used to be a TV show called The Screen Savers and they talked about setting up a game server and I remember them saying you need extra ram for a server because of the extra people that will be using it.
