Win/32 Heur

i have this nagging worm on my laptop, its killing everything, duplicating, i dont know how to get rid of it, its this win32/heur, autorun.inf and feast ( a trojan or somethin) avir, avast and shield deluxe have all been killed, microsoft office isnt working, acer erecovery management's dead, heck i dont know how i should deal with it...
