Win update

I've just formated and reinstalled win xp, but i had a copy of win xp installed on my other harddrive.
When I went to install all the various windows updates it claims that it is fully up to date, which clearly isn't right because i've only just installed. So I copyed what i needed from my second drive and formated that as well, leaving me with just 1 copy installed, however it still thinks that i don't need any updates. I've installed sp1 manually, but don't really feel like looking for all the other updates myself, does anybody have any ideas how I can force windows to find these updates?

Doh, found the problem on that page, the date was wrong, cos i also flashed my bios recently.

The date was wrong? So the installer thinks your operating system files are the latest, up to date, if you set the date to the future? That's really smart. :dead:
