WIN xp restarts and comes up with winxp has recovered from a serious error

hi im new to this forum and i need some assistance my pc restarts when ever i open a .mpg file or even a folder that contains the file and it comes up with windows has recovered from a serious error send or dont send to microsoft some wat the same kind of error ie throws out pls assist

Zip 5 or 6 minidumps together and attach them here.

You can find your minidumps in the folder c:/window/minidumps

Please note. Techspot has a limit of 100kB per attachment, so you may need to attach more than one zip file.

All your minidumps crash at WsKrnlab.sys. I can find no info for this driver.

Do you recognise it?

Scan your computer for viruses/malware/spyware etc.
