    Hi,

Does anyone know how to remove the search results that have been keyed into the 'search files and folders' drop down box in the past? Its really annoying when a list of past keyed searches keeps appearing. Thank you.

    Regards

Install MS TweakUi. One of the settings lets you delete a raft of search words/phrases.

    Hi RealBlackStuff,

Thanks for your suggested solution! I installed MSUTweek and selected the 'Paranoia' tab and then selected 'Clear Find Files history at logon' but for some reason still no joy :-( Even when I click the button 'Clear Selected Items Now', still nothing happens. When I key a letter in the search files text box all past words I keyed appear on a scroll down. Any ideas why this is not working? Cheers
