Winantivirus Pro 2007

My friend's computer was infected with Winantivirus Pro 2007. I did a system restore and it seems to have fixed the problem, but I found a folder in C:/Program Files called Winantivirus Pro 2007. I deleted it, but I want to know if the program (or any other malware) remains. I ran hijackthis and below is the HJT log.
