I downloaded the subject software and received an error message, cannot recall the error. However, when I tried reinstalling it an error message appears:

    c:/Program Files/WinjAVIVideoConverter/MMTranslation.dll
'An error occured while trying to replace the existing file: DelteFile failed; code 5. Access is denied'

I go to control panel to remove programs but it does not show up there. When I locate the folder with all the files related to the software and try to delete them it says they cannot be deleted due to them being in use.

    Can someone help?

    thankx
