We need a lot more information from you because the 0x13 error is caused by many things and there are a boatload of resolves posted on the net.
1. Is this the first time you have experienced it? if so, what were you doing at the time of the crash? If not, when does this error occur?
2. What is your system hardware? We need the make and model of your components. How old is the system
3. Do you have a card reader or USB devices? What other peripherals do you attach?
4. What security software are you running?

Are you aware that McAfee had a major update glitch that affected the entire nation shutting down systems in hospitals, airports, etc.? And that even though they have fixed this error with an update that now McAfee is willing to fix any damage done because of the extensive nature of this glitch?
We also need these questions answered:

this just starting happening a three days ago
the error message pops up only when the user plugs-in a blackberry cellphone
the user has a Logitech USB Webcam and Logitech USB Headset for Skype
the system hardware is Intel Core Duo 2.40 GHZ 2.00 GB of RAM

We take it that no issues occur with the Logitech USB Webcam and Logitech USB Headset for Skype, correct?
The issue is centered on his Blackberry cellphone when connected, correct? If so then the issue is most likely the software for the Blackberry.
