  1. my first computer was fried from lighting struck. I can't find the replacement for mother board. So, I bought this 2nd hand PC reinstalled Xp home edition to the HD that comes with the PC (C:) and hooked my old HD as a slave (E: & F:) hoping that I can salvage data from my old HD. I had 2 different users, both of them has password to log on individual user (I don't know that has anything to do with it). When I tried to access folders under documents and setting, it says E:\documents and setting\folder is not accessible. access is denied. PLEASE HELP My computer skill is basic.
