    Need a few more details on this - You runnin' Win2K Server using IIS for your ftp daemon or some other daemon? What kind of errors are you getting when people try to connect. If you're using another ftp daemon what does the log say about the connection failure. Do you have a firewall on the Win2K machine with the corresponding port (usually 21) open?
