    Will the new windows version be compatible with the 32 bit processors? im using an amd 2200+ and i dunno if it will the same or better performance when i use win64 :confused:

    Nope, won't work.
    XP 64 Bit though isn't going to be much if any different in functionality afaik its just going to be optimized to utilize the full potential of a 64 bit processor.
    So just stick with your XP regular unless you get a 64 bit processor before XP 64 comes out.

    It wont work for 32bit processors, and if it did you'd see no performance increase - probably a drop of anything.

    Its 32Bit apps that are backwards compatible with 64Bit CPUs.
