Inactive Windows 7 behaving strangely after malware bytes cleaning a lot of data

Dear Admins/Users,

I'm hoping that somebody could review my hijackthis log as my PC (bootcamp); windows 7] starts to behave strangely recently. My disk space was eaten quickly and I could see it in front of my eyes space shrinking from 3GB to zero (in seconds) and then a warning sign appears indicating that I have no more space. I freed up another 3GB and again eaten up in few hours. I decided then to run Malwarebytes (trial version) scan and I decided to delete whatever it was marked by MB. the problem of space shrinking disappeared but now I can see a lot of my customised settings were lost (e.g. all extensions in chrome were either disabled or gone). also some programs cannot install anymore (e.g. trackpad++ which was working nicely just before MB scan).

I therefore attach my hijackthis log file hoping that you could tell me if there is any remnant of a virus in my system or any setting could be fixed by hijackthis. many thanks in advance.
