  1. Every time I turn my computer on after I installed Razer Comms, it pauses at the starting windows screen and after like 2 minutes it then shows the available users to log onto. I have uninstalled Razer Comms but the problem persists.

When you open Misconfig. Click on the start up Tab at the top. See if their is any thing listed for this program you just installed. If so remove it.

Yes quite a few but most of them are Microsoft Corporation. I'll screenshot it when I get home in a few hours. Also I don't see how all those other programs would just now start to affect my boot up time?

I removed the start up items but the boot time is still the same, should I try a defrag?

Can you try a Windows restore at some time before installing Razer Comms?

Try a defrag. If you have a good temp cleaner try that to.
