Windows 7 will not boot SbAgl.sys

I have tried doing a boot fix through CMD, I cannot boot to safe mode, or networking. I can boot using a disk, but widows cannot repair the installation. I would really like to avoid nuking the drive. I am afraid to go into the install windows 7 screen to see if there is an additional repair option like I used to do in XP. Please help. This error came after an update, not porn or downloading anything.

What antivirus are you using?

Avast. I have found through research this file is tied to McAffee. There is an old folder that says McAffee when I browse the disk externally, but it is empty.

No McAfee in the remove programs list? Try removing Avast and install MSE:
