Windows 95 install help

By Quantex_rox

  1. Hello,

I have a 75 mhz pentium 1 Quantex (hence the name) computer that i am having a hard time putting windows 95 on. It does not support a CD-rom, so i have to install win95 with the diskettes. whenever i get to the A:\ prompt, i type setup, it starts setup. Then it says that it cannot create temporary files. It says that if my hard drive has NTFS or HPFS on it, to create a MS-dos boot partition, so i use the win95 startup disk to run Fdisk to create a ms-dos boot partition. I make one, and then restart the computer. I run setup again, and it says the same exact thing! what to do?
