hey, i've noticed some other people have had the same error as me, and that some others in the community have fixed it for them. can i have a little help here pls? =)

0x24 errors have to deal with your NTFS OS file system and points strongly to your harddrive (as well as other things.

I would immediately run a full harddrive diagnostics. This will take some time but well worth it. You can get a free utility from your harddrive manufacturer's website.

Let us know the results.

You may also want to run a CheckDisk on your Drive
But if the Drive (ie C Drive) is possibly faulty, then it would be best to backup first

Checkdisk Xp, or Checkdisk Vista instructions
