  1. Help- Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file

    "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. you may not have appropriate permission to acces the item"

    It doesnt matter what i try to open this message always randomly pops up. I re try to open the thing a couple of times and it eventually goes away
    does anyone know how to get rid of this popping up. It also does it on all accounts on things like Windows media player. I just want to get rid of it because its annoying!

    Following thing helped me:
    1. Right click exe file
    2. Go to properties
    3. You'll
    see Unbock button at the bottom.

    I was on Windows 2003 server machine, and I had copied the file from some other machine.
    Hope this helps!!!
