Windows Experience Index-Vist X64

I just installed Windows Vista X64 and an Nvidia GeForce 8800 GTS but in the Experience Index i am getting a 1 for both graphics ratings. Its not really a big deal since the card is working correctly, i just though that it would be helpful to know my exact rating and i just dont understand why it would show up as just 1. I read that if Direct X 9 was not detected that you would automatically receive a 1 but i checked to make sure and i reinstalled Direct X 9 and then did a refresh of the Experience Index and still have a 1. Does anyone know why it might be doing this?
