windows explorer.exe&error?

  1. .. for unknown reason windows explorer.exe (XP sp2) gives me an error signature from time to time, often when eject roms, then all icons from desktop are gone for short time .. there are no spyware and viruses (bitdefender and S&D says that from safe mode) ... is there anything I can do? .. here is part of the error signature message from appcompat.txt file:
