Windows explorer has encountered a problem

  1. When i try to go into my videos folder, i get a message saying windows explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. I cant even get into the folder. Is there a way to fix this?

    Error Signature
    AppName: explorer.exe
    AppVer: 6.0.2900.2180
    ModName: nemp4splitter.ax
    ModVer: 4.9.4.1
    Offset: 0002a65b

    Dont know if that tells you anything but i posted it anyway.

    Techspot has the answer.This from another thread -
