Windows File Copy alternative

Anyone any suggestions about software to copy files from one folder/drive to another so that problem files do not stop the whole process in suich a way as you are left with no idea what files are copied or not?
There used to be a brilliant product called XTree Gold but somebody bought that and killed it.

I haven't tried it myself, but it sounds like what you're looking for.
