Windows Firell/ICS

I want to connect my xbox 360 to my computer, but it keeps saying that the ports cannot be opened. ive tried numerous times to open up my windows firewall but i keep getting an error stating "The dependency service does not exist or has been marked for deletion" Can somebody please help me?

Windows FW has dependencies:

1. Network Connections
2. Windows Management Instrumentation
3. and both require Remote Procedure Call (RPC)

use cp->Admin Tools->Services and make sure ALL are running.

Once your FW starts, you can allow the ports required
