Windows has encountered a critical error and will restart in one minute windows 7

My wife's lap top start to go to infinite restart with with encountered a critical error massage after she installed one adobe illustrator software it runs stable on on the safe mode but can't restore an old point or remove the software from the safe mode as it the explorer keep crashes each time I try to ope the add/remove tool from the control panel

Can you perform a factory restore?

Press F8 as the laptop first starts repeatedly until you see a list of options. A factory restore option may be in the list
