Windows 7 64 bit

I have also noticed that I cannot open my network connection control panel.
Also, I get a message first saying that the server is busy, please retry.

Then I get the dreaded message in this title. I have tried disabling the 'do not restart after system failure' without success. I have run your frst64 tool and have both log files.

Thank you in advance for any help!

Hello everyone. Just to let you know. I used F8 at restart. Then 'repair computer'. Then 'system start up repair'. This took about 10 minutes. But it fixed the network & sharing centre issue. The 'server busy' message was still present. But, overall, the dreaded restart message did NOT appear. My computer is still working after 10 minutes, so far. I will keep you posted...

Oh. I forgot to mention that I was asked if I wanted to restore the system to its most recent restore point, which I accepted. I guess I may have picked up a virus or malware program, which the repair removed.
