Windows keeps hanging

Hello,

My name is Ramon.
I just installed WindowsXP pro SP2 and have put in a brand new pci express videocard.
For some reason my pc keeps locking up,
I think it may be related to the videocard or psu but iam have no idea where to look.
I have 2 dump files wich I really don not inderstand.
Maybe someone can help me on the road again I would really appreciate it.
