Windows loading files hang

  1. my comp keeps on restarting automactically even after i disabled it, then i nuked it to remove everything and win xp sp2 os off my hd. Then when installing windows 7 it get stucked on windows loading files i kept trying i even did most of the methods to fiy this but didnt work. Please help

    i think u didnt get me, i nuke my hd by dban nuke boot which everything

    I am thinking that you have a hardware incompatibility/driver issue.

    You can use the second link to check compatibility by searching for the hardware.

    Alternatively, you can reinstall XP and run the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor with all of your hardware attached to automatically check for any incompatibilities.

    Are you using a retail copy of Windows 7? If not where did you get it?

    i cant even install xp cause same hang, i got my win 7 ultimate 32bit edition through torrents.

    Try installing without any accessories installed (i.e. network cards, adapters, printers, graphic cards, etc.). Did you install XP originally with the same CD you are trying now?
