Windows Logon Screen Screwed up

  1. Alright, my friend installed a program called "Logon studio" which changes your logon screen, (ie where you type in the password" but he forgot to set the logon screen to default before he installed it, so he restarted his computer, thinking nothing of it. so now he gets a black screen and just a cursor. ive already tried running the computer in safe mode and its stilll screwed up, just a blank black screen. what do i do to help him? :monkey:

    You could try doing a repair installation of XP/2000 over the current one. This will replace all the windows files with their original ones who might have been altered from the "Logon Studio". You can find all the information you need on that here
