Windows mail export

i am using OS vista. i want to export massage from windows mail to Microsoft exchange or Microsoft outlook but massage cannot export. "an error occurred while initialzing MAPI" error display in screen .how to export my massage windows mail to Microsoft outlook? how to find or how to install Wm in outlook ?

Both Outlook and OE/WM must be installed and functional on the machine being used to do the transfer. The import/export process both OE and WM use require some of Outlook's files in order to access a .PST file; likewise for Outlook which must use some of OE//WM's files to access messages in those stores (.DBX files for OE). The MAPI error you see means WM can't find the Outlook files it needs.
