Windows Media Player no go at Amazon

Help!
My Windows Media Player 10 is working for everything except it won't play the WMP samples at Amazon.com. If I click on a sample, there is a flash as if WMP is opening quickly, then closing immediately. There is no error message or anything.

I called the Amazon people and the person there had no answer. I looked through MS site and found nothing on this topic.

Any ideas? Will this problem disappear if I go to WMP 11?

This maybe just a simple codec problem. Try downloading a codec pack. Or there could be a problem with amazon. Either way you should install MP11 as well. I'm using it now, it looks so much better than MP10 and it fixes some bugs.

i cn try the codec idea...

i will try this, but everything else works as far as sound is concerned.
