    I have Version 11 and it used to work. But now all I have is the sound. Please help me fix this. Thanks!

    I don't usually use Media Player. Try Real, this is the free version. I just like real better personally.
    If you want to stick with Media Player, your going to need to provide more information I doubt anyone will be able to solve your problem with the info you gave. What did you do right before it quit working?
