Windows Movie Maker 2

  1. Windows Movie Maker 2 crashes after I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7. When I uninstall Internet Explorer 7, MM2 works as it should. Are ther any suggestions?

    No, just windows xp sp2.

    oh, I had a problem with my Nero movie maker and Explorer 7. I had to contact microsoft on that one, they emailed me a link to a download. I'll chk my old email see if I still have it

    ffdshow codec could be the fix. To accomplish
    this...open Movie Maker and go to...Tools /
    Options / Compatibility tab...Uncheck...
    ffdshow / OK. Hope this help, if not post again and I'll keep looking
