windows - no disk

i keep getting this "windows - no disk" error on my vista home prmium laptop. it says "exception processing message 0xc0000013 Parameters 0x759A023C 0xC647932C 0x759A023C 0x759A023C". IT WON'T GO AWAY!!:O how do i deal with this?
