Windows OS Hangs up Blue Screen

    I have a s problem and I need help in analyzing my dump files.

    I am using Windows XP Home with SP2 and encounter blue screens twice or thrice a day.

    My Error are as follows:

    The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x40000080 (0x8a45ead0, 0x8a2b75d0, 0x80550118, 0x00000002). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini110705-01.dmp.

    Attached also are my minidumps in zip format.

    All your minidumps crash at NVENET.sys. This is your Nvidia nForce MCP Networking Driver.

    Try updating your mobo drivers.
