windows quits + blue screen with some writing

Hi there, I am having trouble with my windows XP pro 64-bits SP2
brand new computer (4 months old)
Processor : AMD ATHLON 64 4000+ 2.41ghz
RAM: 1Gb 3200 DDR Crucial ( 2x512mb)
PAE " activated "
Motherboard : NVIDIA nForce4-A939
Graphic Card : NVIDIA GeForce 7950 GT


I ran adware and spybot => nothing found
I ran Mcafee scan + bitdefender scan + zone alarm scan => nothing found

I have done a clean install of Windows XP pro 64bits, and the pb comes back again and again.Windows quits, a blue page appears with some info about memory issues. It is emptying the physical memory. This happen at any time.
It happened just after my windows installation.

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Very Important: Before deciding whether you should clean or reformat your system, go and read this thread HERE and decide what it is you want to do.

If after reading the above, you wish to clean your system, do the following.

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT, AVG Antispyware and Combofix logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.

Also, let me know the results of the AVG Antirootkit scan.
