Windows Remote Desktop (turn off the Screen Blanking)?

Does anyone know if there is away to turn off the screen blanking while you are remotely logging into your remote computer ??

When we are trying to help a customer and as soon as we login...there screen goes back to the standard login screen....do to this problem, if we need to train them on software they can not see what we are doing ??.

check the screen resolutions are the same - it should not need this but I have seen this a problem before.

There ok....I was just not sure if this is a Windows thing that we can not change....or there was a trick to it ??

no trick - are they both the same size and resolution?

Both are 1024 x 768 / 32 bit

If they are using f-secure or kaspersky internet security I have seen odd things happen - can the remote PC user disable any anti-virus package to see if it improves matters?
