Windows restart after shutdown

hi all,
whenever i shutdown my pc it again restarts. can anyone fix it
BSOD screen gives the error:
STOP: c000021a{fatal system error}the windows subsystem system process terminated unexpectedly with status of 0xc0000005(0x7c9106c3 0x010ae9dc)
the system has shut down.

Me also facin same problem
wen I click on turn off its restarted.
Me not getting any BSOD.
I reinstalled xp but still same prob.

Both of you should check that advanced power management is turned on in your bioses for a start.

whenever I shutdown my pc it again restarts. can anyone fix it

BSOD screen gives the error:
STOP:C000021a (fatal system error) The windows logon process systeem process terminated unexpectedly with a status of (0x00000000 0x00000000)
The system has been shut down.
How to fix this problem?
