yesterday out of th blue, i started having a problem with the default windows shortcuts. Now these shrtcuts are doing what they are supposed to do and an extra acticty which it isnt supposed to do. Eg. winkey+r brings up the run dialog box AND shuts down the system. even pressing the winkey alone initiates a shutdown. F5 refreshes the page and also opens a search window..
any ideas?
