Windows Start Up Error

Hey there today my main computer started to have a problem, the computer was on and doing fine, I left for a while and upon my return there was just a blue screen, no writing, everything frozen. I restarted it it first went to a screen saying
"warning: System BOOT fail
Your system maybe OverClock fail or POST interrupted.

Press F1 to continue, DEL to enter setup"

I entered setup to go into safe mode, but there was no safemode option.
So I booted it up again and hit f1, it appeared to start up fine advancing to the XP screen loading screen. But then I went to another blue screen, similar to the one in this picture minus the last line.

Once again, my screen is the same except the bottom line.

I have read that this could mean I basically am screwed and need to reinstall windows. Unfortunately I have nothing backed up. And I'm having trouble getting into safemode to back things up.When I enter teh setup there is no option I can find to enter safemode.

Any help appreciated, I've tried holding all the "f's" but can't seem to get anywhere with a safemode option.\
