Windows stuck starting

After AMD graphics update my PC asked me for a reboot and since then it didn't boot up. Its stuck at starting Windows. It has its animation But it Stay there for hours and it doesnt boot at all. If I try safe mode it gets stuck at aswRvrt.sys how can I fix it without deleting neither formatting my PC -EDIT- I dont get any BSoD only it is stuck

aswRvrt.sys is an Avast Antivirus system file...

You may need to boot your computer with the Windows Installation Disk and then do a system restore to a restore point before you updated the AMD graphics drivers.

Restore from disk only? Because I dont want to delete

Boot from your Windows Installation Disk and don’t click Install Now, because that will start a new installation of Windows. Instead, click on the link further down that says, Repair your computer. Then choose System Restore in the repair options.
