Windows uses too much RAM

Hello,

Just a couple days ago I have started experiencing some issues with my computer using too much RAM. Most of the time it is 90-95% when there are no applications running. This is really weird as just recently my computer wouldn't use more that 2gb of ram when idling.I couldn't find anything in task manager or resource monitor that would use so much ram.But I have included the RAMMap picture for you guys if that will help. I would highly appreciate any help. Thank you.

Windows 7 64-Bit
Motherboard: Intel DG33BU
Intel Core 2 Duo E7500 2.93Ghz
RAM: 4GB DDR2
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6800
Storage: 2x Seagate Drives

You have some program running using MAPPED FILE support (second line of the display).

Go to the Process tab and order by Working Set or Private Bytes to see who
