:)
your system is low on virtual memory. Windows is increasing the size of your virtual memory paging file. During this process, memory requests for some applications may be denied.

Start -> Run -> Control Panel -> System ->Advanced (tab) ->Settings (performance) -> Advanced -> Change

If you have 512Meg of Ram change it to 768 (Minimum and Maximum)
Save and exit

Restart

edit:

Wow give me time!

Actually it depends on how much Ram you have.
And by the way I said both min and max.

But I have a better solution (that helps all)
Set it to Automatic
Save (apply OK .. any other OK)
Restart

Also, do not post twice in a row, any more (ok) !
If you HAVE to post again use EDIT, but not if the previous post is mine, just use reply

ie don't reply to yourself

edit:

I mean System Managed size (not automatic) !

my ram is 512MB,ok i'll gonna set it into automatic. thanks a lot, i'm just a new beginner here, so i dnt know well how to use it..

Yes ok I'll be soft don't worry.

But actually 768 for both min and max, is usually ok
But what you have said is that your system is using above 1536, which is way too much.

I would suggest you check Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del) and check what processes are using so much resource.
(Probably a game, I suppose!)

Anyway system managed will work after restart
