On my parents laptop it randomly just locks and freezes up. It seems to happen once or twice a day and it doesn't go to a bsod or anything with any useful information. There hasn't been any new programs installed or any new hardware. Anti Virus scans are ran daily and Spyware scanner is ran weekly. The other error I noticed a lot of is hpqrsmon, and I am removing this now since it is never used. The screen goes black and they manually shutdown the computer. I found this in the problem reports. Any Ideas?

I am now getting BSOD's so I thought I would attach the dumps. I am logged in as admin and it said I do not have permission to attach the file. Does anyone have any ideas on what the issue could be and if not how to attach the dumps files?

I am still having the same problem but it is happening more frequently then before. It is the same BSOD error and I can not find anything on the internet for it. Is there a website that actually lets you decode BSOD errors? Or does anyone have any ideas?
