I installed it and it doesn't want to install anything there are alot of errors and many popups appear saying allow or not is there any way to change it?and when I try to defragmate it doesn't show the progress and or I think it freezes how can I fix this or should I just use XP(OS)

You have to make sure what your installing is designed for Vista.
All drivers have to be explicitly stated as being Vista drivers.

    Try defrag in safe mode.

The only good excuse fro using Vista, is if it`s an OEM pre installed.

    For retail installs,use XP.
