Windows wont boot from cd!

When trying to boot windows from the cd it takes me to a screen that says to chose my best option and my only option is boot normally but that results in a blue error message.

what can i do to make this work?

You need to change the bootup-sequence in BIOS (press the Del-key at bootup).
Set it to (floppy)-CD-harddisk.
Then boot from the CD when asked 'To boot from CD, press any key'.
If you 'miss' it, reboot again.
