For some reason, Windows won't restart, shutdown, or standby automatically. I have to press and hold the button on my computer. It goes to that blue screen w/ the windows logo and says "Windows is shutting down." Then it just stays there, forever.
I'm using Microsoft Windows XP Home, with SP2 and all the latest updates.
I don't have ANY spyware or adware, or viruses. Trust me, I know it for a fact. I reformatted my computer once, and it just started doing this out of the blue. I don't know how to get those minidump things, so if you need them, please tell me how to get 'em.
This isn't an urgent issue, but it would be greately appreciated if someone would help me.
