Windows XP BSOD

Hi,

I have been having issues with Windows XP SP3 system on a Dell Latitude D620. Once every week I get a BSOD. I have the dumps attached for it. I am not sure how to check these dump files. Dump files are attached. Please advise what drivers I might have issues with?

I have ran the hardware diagnosis on the Laptop and had no issues with it.

Please advise!!

THANKS!!

Twice the driver nwusbser2.sys was cited as the cause of your issue. This is a Novatel Wireless USB Modem/Serial Device Driver and is a driver belonging to product Novatel Wireless USB Modem/Serial Device Driver.

One other dump cited that the issue was hardware but nothing more descriptive. Are you doing anything specific when these crashes occur?

Go to Dell's website, find your exact model and update the USB Modem/Serial Device drivers from their latest offerings. There is a good chance that the modem itself is faulty.
